This is a really weird park. It's very thin, more or less following the Blackstone river, and the main feature is a paved bike path that runs the length.

Lincoln State Park is a big bouldering destination in New England, with dozens of named climbs. If you run into a big rock on the trail, it'll have chalk marks and routes on it. It's a large park with plenty of parking, including rentable grilling sites. Bally's casino is next door.

A popular 'beach' spot on a large lake and extensive trails and easy parking.

This was the most uninviting spot I've been to so far, and to be fair the notice mentioned that it was 'unimproved'. There's no parking, so I had to nestle up against a stone wall on the highway. Even the spot is hard to locate, in the middle of a long state highway.

A small but comfortable fishing hole along the northern border of Rhode Island, JL Curran has some of the best antenna masts in New England!
