Field Note Submission

You can use Field Notes to add quick information about a park that you've recently been to. It isn't a full-blown review, rather it is more for useful bits of information that other activators might find useful. For example, maybe you arrived on site and the main parking was closed or full, but you found a second place to park on the south side of the reference. That's the sort of thing that will come in handy for the next activator.

POTA Reference *

Add the park's POTA number, i.e. US-1234
Park Name *

Enter the park name for your Field Note, i.e. Nickerson State park
State / Province / Country *

For US parks, identify the state. Others should use the appropriate entity. For example, a Canadian Field Note might indicate BC for British Columbia here.
Note *

Insert Photo

This is the body of your Field Note. You can insert images, videos, and so on as you deem appropriate.
Tags

You may enter a list of tags to associate with this Field Note. For example, if you mention using an EFHW in your note you might add EFHW as a tag, which will make it easy for users to find your note and others with the same tag.

We'll only use your email address to contact you if there is a problem with your post.
Your callsign *

Your call will be attached to your Field Note. Only licensed hams may post Field Notes.
